Tiers View - Breakfast

Your breakfast will be a delight!
Home-made preserves and marmalades compliment Nick’s home-made bread (please note that he gets very upset if you don’t try it) and all served in the dining area.  Your choice of Columbian coffee (from the Coffee Bean Shop, Central Market) or tea from India or if you can’t stand either, then perhaps a hot chocolate...

We try to apply a 50 km rule!  We know where most of our food comes from that we serve, for example, the milk (non-homogonised and Silver winners at the Dairy Awards Royal Adelaide Show 2008) on your cereal is from dairy cows at Lobethal owned by the Tweedvale Dairy which is just up the road.  The bacon is from family curers at Kanmantoo Bacon Company, and with mushrooms from Monarto, and tomatoes from Virginia, Adelaide, but in season we grow our own, we think that we can genuinely say that we shop locally.  Oh, nearly forgot, your Saltbush Hogget sausage is made at Oak Meats, Stirling (winner of the 'Sausage King Award 2009' for Saltbush sausages) from sheep which graze on saltbush which imparts a most delicious full-some flavour.  Our honey comes from the “honeyman” at Hahndorf and could be either Stringybark, Mallee or currently we are using Lucerne honey.  Last, but not least, the eggs are from our own range hens who always like a visit from guests.  So check out the breakfast menu below - It's your choice!
